Galatians 3:9, 13 &14In many cases among the body of Christ the word Bless or Blessed has lost its meaning and its power. It has become a traditional and religious word, where it is said casually and without realizing the power impartation that the word carries. For example, when someone sneezes we say “Bless you” or when we greet someone we casually say “God Bless You”. It has been the intention of the devil to make this word just another word that we say. But it is when we receive revelation knowledge as to what the word means, that we can begin to see manifestation of that word in our lives.
Receive the following revelation of the word Blessed, understanding that this word goes far beyond than a traditional saying.
The word Blessed in the Hebrew is the word Barack and is translated into the following meaning in English: Empowered to prosper and to have success, to have favour, to increase, to have the ability to reproduce. To put into a nutshell the blessing is an “empowering from God given to us to prosper in every area of our lives”. Think about that for a moment, God is the source of The Blessing, not man, not your education, not your employment, not your social status. This is why the blessing can work on anybody, anywhere, that surrenders to God’s way of doing things. The blessing (empowered to prosper) is available for you and I to receive in Jesus name. The Bible says in Galatians 3:9 “So then they which be of faith are BLESSED with faithful Abraham” verse 13 and14 says “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree. That the BLESSING of Abraham might come on the gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith”.
Too many people highlight, magnify and love to talk about the curse and have no problem explaining the curse and its effects. And as a result, a negative spirit and attitude arises when the blessing and prosperity is highlighted and talked about. As believers this should never be so.
The time has come that you believe more in the blessing than in the curse. Through what Jesus did on the cross the blessing has come on you and me and we are no longer subject to the curse.
This day, get a hold of the blessing, thank God that in Christ you have been blessed. You have been empowered to prosper in every area of your life, begin to live, talk, act and think like a blessed person, for that is exactly who you are. Amen.
